For those of you who do not know where Guyana is, I hope this map helps.
We will be leaving Portland on June 30Th and in Rhode Island for one week. Then we will leave for Georgetown July 8Th.
The village we will be living in is "Brighton" but its not on the map. It's located along the coastline just west of New Amsterdam.
We will update this as frequently as we are able to but Internet service is a little unreliable in the area we will be in.

ReplyDeleteSo happy (and relieved) you have arrived in Guyana safely. great pictures,even from your plane! Thank you for keeping us all so informed. Look forward to more pictures and stories about your life there. Oregon is enjoying a cool rainy summer so far, mid july and it was around 55 yesterday. We love you both.
